Office 365 User Roles / Management

 

Different user Roles are available in Office 365

Access the details from Office 365 Portal –> Under Management –Users, Inside the view drop down

Roles / User Management Permissions
Billing Administrators Makes purchases, manages subscriptions, manages support tickets, and monitors service health.
Global Administrators The top-level administrator in your company. Global administrators have access to all features in the administration center and only global administrators can assign other administrator roles.
Password Administrators Resets passwords, manages service requests, and monitors service health. Password administrators can reset passwords only for users and other password administrators.
Service Administrators This role manages service requests and monitors service health.
User Management Administrators Resets passwords, monitors service health, and manages user accounts, user groups, and service requests. Some limitations apply to the permissions of a user management administrator. For example, he or she cannot delete a global administrator or create other administrators.
Sign-in Allowed Users User accounts which are allowed to Logon
Sign-in blocked Users User accounts which are blocked
Unlicensed Users User accounts created but license are not installed
Users with Errors Any accounts having errors
