1. Create user in AD (AD Username & Password)
2. Create Mailbox in Exchange (AD Username & Password)
3. Created account in email hosting (Mail hosting username and password)
4. Created POP3 connector (Process the below steps)
- In AD, go to View
- …Advanced Features.
- Then open up the user you want and go to the Attribute Editor tab.
- Find the property msSBSCreationState. Change the value to “Created”.
5. Now the user will be available in POP3 Connector
6. Select the AD User created in step 1
7. Enter the username and password (Mail hosting username and password)
8. Mail will be delivered to exchange mailbox
